We are seeking public comments on a reclamation plan for the 5-H Construction Old Bell Material Source, for a newly proposed aggregrate mine located in La Paz County, southeast of Salome, AZ. The site is 2 miles east of Lidig Rd on the south side of Old Bell Road. The reclamation plan and other information can be found on our website at: https://www.w3planning.org/oldbell. Comments related to the technical aspects of the proposed plan are due no later than November 15, 2025.

**Update (10/24/20205) ** We will be providing some additonal information early next week related to the operations based on feedback from some of the neighbors. While not a technical component of the reclamation plan, we would love to let the neighbors know what is proposed and how 5-H will be helping the local community.
