Zoning Analysis Reports
Unlike many companies that provide these services, we provide a detailed review and analysis conducted by industry professionals. All our reviewers have worked in the industry for many years, writing, interpreting and enforcing zoning and development codes across the country. They also bring private sector experience in developing properties and working through the zoning process on hundreds of projects. We are able to provide the expertise and analysis that comes with career professionals.
Most of our clients are purchasing, developing or refiancning industrial, multi-family and large residential projects. We can help with your business expansion needs as well as to help minimize the development time for your projects.

Cost for Reports
We offer very competitive pricing for all of our zoning analysis reports.
- Zoning analysis report – $600*
- Basic zoning analysis report without local jurisdiction zoning verification letter included $500
- Special zoning analysis reports (Please call and we can create a specific quote for your specific needs)
- Expedited analysis services – $250 additional per report (5 business days for draft reports)

Please note, we currently charge a 100% surcharge for cases in New York, or Washington State (If subject to shoreline master plan jurisdictions)
Our typical turn around time is 10 business days for reports (Subject to the ability for the local jurisdiction to provide requested materials).
If you think you might have multiple projects or would like us to be a preferred vendor, please contact us and we can discuss package rates.
What we need from our clients
For our reports to be timely and effective, we ask that clients provide us as much information as they can when it is available to them. This would include, surveys, marketing materials, parcel data, proposed project and uses, specific client needs for the project. We use a standard contract for services and once signed we get your analysis report started quickly. We invoice our clients once the draft or final report is provided.
