- Special zoning analysis reports (Please call and we can create a specific quote for your specific needs)
- Expedited analysis services – $250 additional per report (5 business days for draft reports)
Please note, we currently charge a 50%% surcharge for cases in the City of New York, or Washington State (If subject property is within shoreline master plan jurisdiction) due to complexity of those regulations.
Our typical turn around time is 10 business days for reports (Subject to the ability for the local jurisdiction to provide requested materials).
