Please check back often to see when neighborhood meetings are scheduled, public hearings and information related to our projects. Please note, not all of our work involves public facing projects. Only projects with a public outreach component will be listed with a link to the project.

Current Cases

• Over 50 Zoning Verification Reports for clients across the country completed in the past year. Click here for the map of cases.
• Representing a client with a Use Permit request for live music at their venue with the City of Glendale. (Case on going, will post more information when we are ready for public outreach and scheduling of public hearings)
• Supported clients with the Arizona State Legislature as well as other elected officials across Arizona.
• Zoning agreement review and processing for clients in the Sedona area. Details to follow once the public hearing is scheduled.
• ConRoc Ready Mix, Public outreach for a mining reclamation and closure plan. Comment period has closed. Waiting for scheduling on the public hearing (Updated 3/29/2025).

• Subdivision in Yavapai County. More details to follow. (In Process)
• Amendment of previous agreements with an Arizona County for local developer. (In Process)
• Case development of a criminal case related to a death under suspiscious circumstances. This was refered back to the jurisdiction for further investigation based on our review and identification of critical new facts.
• Case Development analysis related to fraud. Completed and referred to the Arizona Attorney General for review.
